Origin8 Design Challenges

An open regional or institutional competition invites participants to address real urban or social challenges, developed jointly with partner institutions.

Projects follow the Origin8 method framework.

A multidisciplinary jury of designers, academics, and cultural leaders evaluates submissions.

The best proposals are shared with local authorities and international networks as examples of civic-driven innovation.

Finalists present their work in a public event celebrating creativity, design, and community engagement.

Selected winners may be offered international exposure opportunities, including participation in Gaudí-related exhibitions.

The Back to the Origins Summit launches our global campaign honoring 100 years since Gaudí's passing- reimagining how we design the next 100 years.
